The Way We Work
As blueprint reading / take-off estimating services transform design on paper to detailed information about the multifaceted construction process. Because of that they need to be prepared carefully. At PPP these services are readied by expert estimators.
PPP studies the blueprints and understands the design along with the measurements of all the lengths in it. Later blueprint takeoff tools come into play. These tools decrease the chance of the error in estimating and increase accuracy of the reading we are going to deliver our customers.
After using these tools PPP finally goes through the design and forward the readings to our customer.
Software can be a huge overhead expense to any client:
PPP provides minimal software fees to each project based on a small rate (listed in above line-item pricing) to ensure transparency and accuracy.

Pretty Pretty Precon (PPP) quantity takeoffs are completed using construction estimating software that contains digital takeoff capability. Although each program has its own suite of features, the necessary process of creating a digital quantity takeoff is roughly the same.
Pretty Pretty Precon knows privacy is paramount.
We offer our clients a secure private link (via a Georgia, USA based data center to ensure no file / information is ever shared or leaked).
First, a blueprint is uploaded or scanned into the program. Following this, the program analyzes the blueprint or drawings and generates a list of all the required materials. At this point, the estimator can make any adjustments to the material requirements that they see. They may increase requirements for specific materials where wastage is common during the construction process. Any complex calculations required for assigning quantities to materials are embedded into the program, making this process more straightforward than a manual quantity takeoff.
Note About Our Fee:
PPP does not provide set fees for estimating as we know from experience the level of detail with any project can vary greatly.
All projects are priced accurately based on the drawings and specifications you provide via zip files or (log-in free) downloads.
No building project is ever the same and therefore PPP does not believe in a "one template fits all" pricing policy.
Any additional document creations requested directly from clients: during or after submission will be considered new work and billed separately.
